Greetings from Vero Beach,
Karen Saparito and I have just returned from the Gathering of the Intercessors in Berea, KY which was held at the Berea Community School on Pirate Parkway. I must tell you that we all met with Yeshua there! It was an awesome time in the Lord for all of us. I have never received so many calls and emails after a Gathering in the past, and I am so grateful for all of those who called to tell me how they were touched throughout the weekend.
Jan Larkin led us in worship that was just beautiful! Jan is an anointed worshipper, who knows how to pour out her heart before her Lord in worship / intercession. We were ushered right in to the Holy of Holies. The Lord said to Betty Laster, “The worship imparted a deeper level of intimacy to those who wanted it!” John Steuber said that he was caught up in the Spirit. I heard some call out to thank Jan for the quietness, because the awesome Presence of the Lord was in our midst. It was a time of refreshing and strengthening. He has promised to satisfy our soul in times of drought by giving us streams in the desert, and that is exactly what He did for us in Berea.
I realize that there are some who like to shout unto the Lord, clap hands, dance and sing. I do, too! But there are times and seasons in the Lord, and at this particular time, while so many of His people are in the wilderness, and many are about to be launched out, the Lord is saying, “Be still and know that I AM God!” (Psalm 46:10) “In quietness and confidence shall be your strength!” (Isaiah 30:15a) “Listen! Hear My heart! Follow Me closely!”
I must tell you that there has been such an attack on the prophets, both their eyes and their ears. It has been like nothing that any of us have ever experienced before. I’ve spoken to a number of others, and I know the attack that has been coming against me. The Lord has shown us that what we are experiencing in the physical (eyes and ears), is because of the way the dear Lord is going to move mightily through us in the very near future. We will hear with precision, and we will clearly see His plans and strategies. We will see beyond all that is natural into the supernatural. There is also an increase of power and authority coming to all of us who are willing to spend quiet time with Him, sometimes shut away with Him and Him alone, as well as willingness to walk in complete obedience no matter what the cost.
For these reasons the Lord is calling many to the night watch! Through the night when all is quiet, all is still, and there is no noise, it is very easy to receive from the Lord. My first seven years of night watch were from 12:00 midnight until 3:00 AM. After seven years the Lord called me to watch from 3:00 AM until 6:00 AM. I have done this now for thirty years, and when I miss a night or two, especially while traveling, I can tell the difference. Quiet time alone with the Lord is refreshing and strengthening. There is nothing else that can compare!
On Friday night, after Vicky Welch sang the Shema, and Joane, Wanda, and Raymond sounded the shofars, we were blessed to have Stan Goodenough with us from Jerusalem. Stan is the editor of the Jerusalem Newswire, and he also writes for Israel My Beloved. If you have access to the internet, both of these websites would bless your heart. They bring forth truth. Also, INet TV was there to tape his message, so you will be able to see and hear Stan on their website.
I first met Stan in 1992 when we were in Jerusaalem for Operation Praise in the Rose Wahl Rose Garden. After round the clock worship, we were all pretty well tuckered out, and we were invited in to a restaurant for both food and drink. All of us were terribly parched from the hot sun.
After we had eaten, everyone was sitting around the tables when, all of a sudden, Thelma Oney stood to her feet saying that she must obey the Lord. With that, she began to move from one person to the other speaking prophetically over each one of us. I was seated next to Stan, so after Thelma prophesied over me, she moved to Stan saying, “The Lord is saying to you, Stan, “The pen in your hand will be a sword in My Hand! You will print My truth!”
I’ve never been able to forget what she spoke over Stan, for the very same word was spoken over me in 1978 when the Lord gave to me the gift of writing. So, through the years I have watched this brother and greatly admire his courage, and his boldness, to write and speak whatever the dear Lord gives him. He has been obedient to the call of God upon his life. Therefore I was blessed to be able to bring him to Berea so that everyone there could meet him and hear him. He is a God given blessing to the Body of Messiah. He touched the heart of everyone present.
I want to thank Julie Hahn, Port Berryman, Mike & Vicky Welch, and George & Peggy Park for helping me with the logistics as we all worked together to get Stan from one speaking engagement to another, then back to the airport, over that weekend. I could not have done it without you all.
You see, we were also able to book Stan at Baruch Ha Ba Messianic Jewish Congregation in Lexington, and at Jim Stone’s class at First Assembly, which is also in Lexington. Stan received a warm welcome from all those present from Kentucky and Tennessee, for Israel has many supporters among the Christians in those two states.
Saturday morning we entered in to worship once again, and then we were blessed by a number of testimonies. Paul & Joane Gelep shared the highlights of their last trip to Israel. God has given this couple exceptional favor with both religious and secular Jews. Every time they go back to the Land, they are invited to stay right in the homes of Jewish people, and they are able to share Yeshua with them in a non offensive way. I just stand in awe at the way the dear Lord is using them to bless the Israeli people, and Christian Arabs as well. To God be all of the glory, for great things He has done through Paul & Joane.
Ida Zinam came up and shared the highlights of her trip to Israel. Ida had been to Israel with Christine Darg’s Women on the Wall group. Christine’s ministry is to both the Jew and the Arab, so it was an exciting trip for Ida, and her joy spilled over on everyone as she shared.
Karen Ellard came up to share the highlights of her last trip to Israel. She went with a group from her home congregation in Shelbyville. Karen is a worship leader, and she was able to minister in music while in the Land. She has just left to go back again for three months. Like Ida her joy spills over on everyone as she speaks of the Land and the people. Many came up and prayed for her and the trip she is on now. The Lord also asked that we anoint her feet, which we did. If Karen comes to mind in these next three months please lift her, and the team she is with, in prayer.
Barry and Hope Kirk came up to share a very powerful and moving testimony to the healing and delivering power of Almighty God. Barry shared from his heart, and touched every one of us as he told us what Hope had gone through, and how God brought her through it all to victory. His love for his wife, and the compassion in his heart, deeply impacted us all. This couple is being raised up and launched for such a time as this. They have an awesome call of God upon their lives. Hope glowed like a light bulb. Her countenance is just beautiful! After they finished sharing, many of the intercessors and prophets spoke in to their lives. I’m sure they were both strengthened and refreshed.
After lunch the Lord had me share a Word that He had given just a week or so before we left for Berea. He was ready to change our focus from Israel to the Church. And change it He did!
“You, My Beloveds, are on the brink of great change! You will see great extremes of both good and evil. You are headed in to un-chartered territory, and beyond this lies eternity. Great evil is coming, but where the enemy pervades the land, so will My Glory be poured out!
“You are on the brink of change, for I will continue to shake everything that needs to be shaken. I AM shaking My Church loose of its structure and form of religion that has no power. At the same time it is growing a totally apostate church, who call themselves by My Name, even use the Name of My Son, but they do not know Him.
“I will destroy the pretense that has shrouded My children, and those caught up in the darkness of this world, who are called to new life in ME. I will rip the veil of covering off those in every nation whose hearts are changeable. Off those who are called to be in Me.
“There is also an evil army arising that has no conscience about the evil they do. They will not turn from their wickedness. You, My Beloveds, must be able to know the difference.
“When I tell you “Do not touch that one!” I mean it! So do not touch them! If you do you are rebelling, and that will leave you open to the demonization desired upon you by the enemy. When I say, “Walk Away!” Walk Away! When I say that one is a reprobate, and will not change, then you must listen! Do not be pulled in to mercy that I have not given out!”
“In this hour I will pour out great Grace upon all who will humble themselves before Me, admit their faults, and desire their freedom. I will pour out the grace in each of you that will overcome all within you that has opposed Me. I will surely deliver all who want to be delivered.
“Yes, there is a grevious event coming to the world! A shocking event! Grevious to those who don’t know Me! Those who have walked in plenty will know plenty no more. I AM cutting the supply of those things which man’s heart craves above the will of the Father. I AM giving it a good snip! When I do, it will get man’s attention in a wonderful way. No more will man look to the world to satisfy. He will find His satisfaction in Me. Remember, Beloveds, I have food that no one knows about. I can supply all the needs of My own, and that is what I will do! I will feed you!”
After I read the Word of the Lord, I said, “Let’s see where this takes us!” You see, the Lord had said that He wanted that Word read, for He wanted to stir those He is preparing to launch. And stir them He did!
Regina Rice stepped to the microphone and shared a Word that the Lord had given her for all of us who were present concerning the Church. Regina is one who spends much, much time at the feet of Yeshua to hear His heart! She is also very obedient in sharing what He gives her to speak.
Alan Olson stepped very quickly to the microphone and spoke out one word, “POWER!” As he did, you could feel it cut through the atmosphere. And then he asked, “Where is it?” Then under a very heavy anointing he laid out a message that would have wakened anyone to the true condition of the Church. Alan is one of those the Lord wanted to stir for He is preparing to launch him to awaken and call the Church to repentance.
Jim Whitecotton took the microphone after Alan finished, picking up right where he left off. He spoke about the carnality of the Church, why so many have left the Church, and how the Lord is calling His prophets to come out from among them and be separate. Jim is also being raised up for such a time as this, to awaken the Church, and call her to repentance.
A young man named Shane came up after that, and shared his testimony. He shared some of the struggles he has had, and how the dear Lord has drawn him back to Himself. He had such a precious spirit, and was so open and transparent. The Lord is doing a mighty work in Shane. After he finished sharing, several of us ministered to him, and spoke prophetically over him. God will complete the work that He has begun, for that young man holds great potential. He will reach many younger ones for the Lord.
Mylinda Pearson came to the microphone then and shared her heart concerning the children in our country. She had been so stirred by the last newsletter, Weep for the Children, that she used it as a prayer focus for a house meeting she was having at her home in Georgia. The Lord had given Mylinda so much more than I was able to share in the newsletter. She told us how the intercessors in her meeting were awakened and burdened to pray for the children.
Mylinda is one that the Lord has been taking in and out. She was sent to the Court House in Georgia where just recently a shooting rampage took place leaving many dead. Mylinda was sent in to pray on location, and the Lord gave her some great opportunities to minister to folks while she was there on assignment each time. Mylinda is not afraid to step out when the Lord says to go!
In the midst of all this many were ministering to one another, and Judith Minix came forth to speak prophetically to me, and I’m so happy that she did. I’m so grateful for all of the confirmation through her. The Lord has used Judith a number of times to speak in to my life. He used her mightily to speak to others at the Gathering as well. Mylinda stepped up to add the finishing touches. Patti Davis later confirmed another part of the Word for me. When I returned home I had another confirmation sent to me by Pastor Ron Blanton, then just last night I heard from Mona McReynolds who gave me yet another confirmation. Both Ron and Mona have been used many times to speak in to my life. I just thank God for His faithfulness. As I am preparing to move on with the Lord once again, it is such a good feeling to know where I am going, what His purpose is, and what it will lead to. I must tell you that I am happy to accept His call once again, as well as all of the challenges that go with it. I thank God for the opportunity to serve Him and His people. Praise His Holy Name!
As the Gathering began to wind down, I shared the Word the Lord had given me to close out the meeting, not knowing at the time just what was going to transpire on Saturday. It read: “I have called you all to be salt and light, to be grace and truth. Allow Me to season the world through you, to show them that indeed when they taste and see, they shall know that the Lord is good! I have called you to be a light in the darkness, not just a flickering flame, but a torch ablaze. I have called you to be a messenger of my grace, for as My grace has been extended to you, so you have partaken and been transformed. I AM the Truth, and I commission you as heralds of that Truth in this hour. Go from this place and change the world! Turn it once again upside down! Let your light so shine among men, not in your prayer closet, or just in your home, but AMONG MEN!”

Let me take a moment right now to thank Debbie Cain, for she was my arms and legs in Berea. Also I want to thank Jan Stephenson, who helped Debbie. I cannot forget to thank Vicky Welch and Johna Veatch either, for they opened their homes so that intercessors could gather to pray, specifically for this Gathering of the Intercessors in Berea. And last but surely not least, I want to thank Lee & Rita Hensler for getting the word out there. They do such a great job! The Christian Way is a great little paper. Then there was Raymond, and those who drove the truck, picked up and dropped off hundreds of chairs for us, operated the sound system etc. And everyone who so quickly picked up, and packed up everything so that we could be out of the auditorium almost on time.
I’m grateful to the school maintenance man who assisted us again this time. When they told him that it was a Christian group coming in, he told me that he was wondering if it was all of us coming back again. He was so blessed both times that we have been at the school. When we left a couple of the intercessors were ministering to him. Bless his heart!
To the dance team from Olive Branch Messianic Congregation in London, I just want to say a great big thank you and God bless you! We love you girls! You all are such a blessing to us. We are so blessed when you come to join us. It wouldn’t be a Shabbat service in Berea without you! Shalom & Blessings!
Some of you came a long ways to be with us. I know that I saw Pennsylvania, Indiana, Georgia and Ohio represented. May the dear Lord pour out a blessing upon your cities and congregations.
I’m grateful to God for the gorgeous weather we had while in Kentucky. It was certainly an answered prayer. We had rain, sleet and snow as we were driving up from Florida, but as we approached the Corbin exit we saw blue skies, puffy white clouds and lots of sunshine. It was a welcome sight. Thank you all for praying for Karen and I as we traveled to and from. It is a sixteen and a half hour trip for us each way, so we were grateful for your prayer covering.

Prayer Needed! Just as the Lord has called me out on another assignment, He has also spoken to me about the need for me to be covered by prayer around the clock now. He has been speaking to intercessors to commit to pray for me each day or night. If you are one of those, please let me know the time of day or night that you are usually in intercession, so I will know what time of the day I can count on your prayer covering. He said that He wants a wall of intercession round about me that the enemy cannot penetrate. I really want to thank those of you who have already called me to make that commitment.

Let No Man Deceive You!
A closer look at what is happening here in Israel reveals that the enemy has commandeered and taken over the thoughts and ways of the government of Israel. Today a vote was taken in the Knesset which would have allowed a referendum vote on the disengagement. And it appears that this vote was easily defeated by a vote of 72 to 39. (I personally am against a referendum. It is ridiculous to consider that any body of people have the right to vote on whether to obey the Word of God. Whether it be a government or a plebiscite of the people. God’s Word stands forever, and is not open for debate.) But it goes much deeper than that.
Many undemocratic tactics were used, such as offering Shinui (anti religious party) 700 million shekels for their programs so that they would agree to vote in favor of the national budget even though it goes against their political agenda. Another religious party has also agreed to vote in favor of the budget after they also received millions of shekels into their political agendas. Those who cannot be bought off, are quickly fired from government cabinet positions, and threatened with being called extremists.
Now tell me, does that sound like a democracy? President George W. Bush, who is at the head of this radical use of fascisim and dictatorial behaviors, continues to tell people he is fighting to bring democracy to the Middle East. There couldn’t be a more untrue statement. The fact is, Israel has seriously abandoned democracy in order to force through this “Road Map” of President George W. Bush and the US State Department.
I believe it is time for the American public to awaken to the reality of what is really happening. Especially the Body of Messiah to see that the actions of President Bush are contrary to the Word of God, and to his so called desire for a “Democratic Middle East.” In Matthew, chapter 24, the disciples asked Yeshua what would be the sign of His return, and the end of the age. Yeshua answered and said unto them, “Take heed that no man deceive you!”
Could it be that millions of Christian and Jewish voters in the 2004 election were deceived? I believe that it is time the Body begins to understand and live a life that is totally surrendered to the Lord. Trying to discern in our own understanding will no longer do in this world we now live in. All of the compromise that is in our lives must be dealt with, and surrendered unto the Lord. Allowing Him to guide our ways and thoughts. Allowing the Holy Spirit to direct our prayers and actions.
In 1999 as I was flying from Jerusalem to Toronto to deal with a very serious situation in my family, the Lord spoke to me saying, “In the past obedience was a matter of convenience, but in the future it will be a matter of life and death.” The Lord was warning me, as well as the entire Body of Messiah, that walking in a surrendered life of obedience to Him was no longer going to be optional, but that disobedience could very well cost lives, and ultimately it would be the Lord who decides who dies, not us.
Why am I saying all this? Because it is too obvious that we are in dangerous times. Times that will require an uncompromised life of surrender to Jesus Christ. Being like the sons of Issachar who knew the times. They knew because they walked in relationship with the Lord.
I am burdened with the pain of knowing that in the not too distant future, Jews will begin to fight Jews. That our government is making it illegal for the Jews to live in the promised land of Israel. That being Jewish will be the basis for military force to be used to evict Jewish people from their homes. Both my parents were holocaust survivors (they met in a concentration camp) and experienced their entire families being forced from their homes, and ultimately in to the concentration camps. But that was done by Nazis. Today we face the identical ethnic cleansing at the hands of “so-called Jews”.
Please be in prayer and allow the Lord to shine His Light of righteousness into your soul. And let Him prepare us for the days that are nigh upon us.

Today God is awakening watchmen. They are taking their post! The Lord is showing them exactly what is coming so they can warn the people, and call them to repent. And they must speak what He gives them to speak!
Some of their words will be like a hammer that smashes a rock to pieces, but it will awaken the sleeping giant (the Church) and cleanse her. The ministers that He is raising up and launching in this hour are ministers of FIRE! The fire released through these ministers will burn out the impurities! They will be STRONG! They will be UNCOMPROMISING! They will not hesitate to confront all sin and wickedness! They will FEARLESSLY tear down idols, and BOLDLY confront the corrupt religious system. They will once again lay a foundation of TRUTH! All to the glory of God!
God’s judgments are in the earth today! They are everywhere! He has come as Refiner’s Fire and Fuller’s Soap just as He said He would. And the voices of His prophets are going to be heard everywhere! He is speaking loud and clear, and He will be heard!!! Praise His Holy Name!!!

Brothers and sisters, let me just say that we, both Israel and America, are going to reap horrible consequences as a result of all the deception and corruption behind President Bush’s “Road Map” and PM Sharon’s “Disengagement Plan.” Knowingly they have both made fateful decisions!
The Church has brought nothing but the curse of God upon itself because of their lobbying efforts against Israel and the Jewish people. Let me quote from just one of the letters the National Council of Churches sent to the Secretary of State. “Few things have done more to destroy the hope and pursuit of peace through negotiations than Israel’s unrelenting settlement activity. Over these recent years, we have heard from our Palestinian Christian partners, and seen for ourselves, the destructive impact of Israel’s settlement policy – separating village from village, confiscating more and more Palestinian land, and creating a friction with its military checkpoints.” They go on to tell the Secretary that all settlement activity must be frozen, even “natural growth”. They suggest that it will take considerable diplomatic pressure as well as economic pressure, both of which has been applied, to get the job done. Brothers and Sisters, they do these things in the name of all Evangelical Christians. Let me say loud and clear that they do not speak for me! Is it any wonder the Lord is saying, “Come out from among them and be ye separate!” Our President and the National Council of Churches has applied enough pressure on Israel to cause them to break covenant with Almighty God. I wonder what Bible they all read! Lord have mercy!!!
